Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Essential cookies: a session marker for your theme (day/night) and a cookie-consent flag. Both are first-party, functional, and cannot identify you.
• Anonymous page counters: aggregated, non-identifying usage data used to understand which pages matter.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Selar and sell.app. We do not see or store card numbers, CVVs, wallets or bank credentials.
• Email correspondence: messages sent to any @betcrypted.com address are stored in our email provider solely for support and legal record.

2. What we do not collect

• No IP-based profiles
• No device fingerprinting
• No behavioural ad tracking
• No cross-site identifiers
• No sensitive personal data

3. How we use it

Cookies are used to remember your display preference and cookie consent. Anonymous counters inform product improvements. Nothing else.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers, brokers or third parties. Payment processors receive only what is necessary to complete your transaction, under their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Cookie preferences persist up to 12 months. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law (including Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, and GDPR where relevant), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@betcrypted.com.

7. Security

We use HTTPS-only delivery, verified third-party payment rails and SHA-256 integrity hashes on JSON artefacts. Our exposure surface is intentionally minimal: no accounts, no passwords, no stored card data.

8. Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on-site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
